About Us

On March 19,2018,CICV was approved and established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology . It is the first national level innovation center in the manufacturing field of intelligent and connected vehicles in China.

CICV operates through the organizational model of "China Intelligent and Connected Vehicles(Beijing)Research Institute Co.,Ltd + Innovation Alliance of China Intelligent and connected vehicles Industry ". With the joint support of the China Society of Automotive Engineering and the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, 23 leading units and research institutions from the automotive, parts, information and communication industries jointly invested in the establishment with a registered capital of 1.1 billion yuan.

R&D validation
According to the overall requirements of the country, combined with industry pain points and difficulties, relying on the Taihe Bridge Innovation Base, we will allocate a complete set of resources and advanced facilities to provide computing power, testing, and trial production services for the industry, and create a research and development testing platform with industry foresight. The total construction area of the base is 140000 square meters, with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan, and investment in experimental capacity construction is 429 million yuan.
